The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates
a different meaning:
Historic building
means any building, structure or object listed in, or any building, structure or object
within and contributing to a historic district listed in the National Register of
Historic Places in Wisconsin, as maintained by the U.S. Department of the Interior.
Municipality
means the City of Merrill.
